【导语】：根据国务院联防联控机制和四川省应对新冠肺炎疫情应急指挥部部署，成都市启动在蓉外籍人士新冠疫苗预约接种。自2021年5月28日起，在“知情、自愿、风险自担”的前提下，将在蓉外籍人士适龄人群纳入本市新冠疫苗接种人群范围。
一、接种人群范围?
Who are eligible for COVID-19 vaccination?
18周岁及以上满足接种条件的在成都市域范围内工作、学习或生活的外籍人士(含外国专家、工作人员、留学生等)。
Foreign nationals at the age of 18 and above who meet relevant medicalrequirements and are working, studying, or living in Chengdu (including foreignexperts, foreign staff, and international students) are eligible for COVID-19vaccination.
二、接种何种疫苗?
What type of vaccine will be used?
目前成都使用的是国产新冠病毒疫苗。
China’s domestic COVID-19 vaccines will be used.
三、如何预约接种?
How to make an appointment for vaccination?
有固定工作机构的外籍人士经所在机构向所在区(市)县外办预约，外籍高校师生经所属高校通过所在区(市)县外办预约，其他外籍人士通过居住地所在区(市)县外办预约。
Foreign nationals with regular employers in Chengdu should makeappointments through their employers with the foreign affairs office ofdistricts (county-level cities or counties) where their employers are located;foreign teachers and students in colleges and universities should makeappointments through such institutions with the foreign affairs office ofdistricts (county-level cities or counties) where their colleges anduniversities are located; other foreign nationals in Chengdu should makeappointments with the foreign affairs office of districts (county-level citiesor counties) where they live.
四、需要交费吗?
Should I pay for the vaccination ?
已参加我国基本医疗保险的外籍人士，现场出示医保参保凭证后，即可免费接种。未参加基本医疗保险的外籍人士如有接种意愿，需个人自费接种，收费标准暂为98元/剂次，其中疫苗价格为90元/剂次(根据疫苗类别和采购价格执行和调整)，接种服务费用为8元/剂次。
Foreign nationals who have been covered by China's basic medical insurancemay take vaccine free of charge by presenting the due insurance document at thevaccination site. Those who have not should currently bear the cost of RMB 98per dose. The vaccine price is RMB 90 per dose (determined and adjustedaccording to the vaccine types and the purchase price), and the vaccineadministration fee is RMB 8 per dose.
五、需要提供什么证件?
What documents should be provided for vaccination?
外籍人士预约时需提供有效证件信息，接种现场凭中华人民共和国永久居留身份证或护照及有效停居留证件接种，确保截至最后1剂接种日相关证件仍在有效期内。已参加我国基本医疗保险的，须携带有效医保参保凭证。
Foreign nationals should provide valid documents when making appointmentsand present their Permanent Residence ID Cards or their passports and validresidence permits in the People's Republic of China at the vaccination site.Please make sure that relevant documents are valid until the date of taking thelast dose. Those who have been covered by China's basic medical insurance shouldalso present the due insurance document at the vaccination site.
六、医保参保凭证怎么获取?
How do I get the due document for basic medical insurance?
参加成都市城镇职工基本医疗保险的外籍人士，可通过“成都社保”“成都医保”微信公众号，“天府市民云”APP等途径查询及打印;
Those who have been covered by the basic medical insurance for urbanworkers in Chengdu may check and print the medical insurance information throughWeChat official accounts "Chengdu Social Insurance" and "Chengdu MedicalInsurance", or "Tianfu Citizen Cloud" app;
参加成都市城乡居民基本医疗保险的外籍人士，可通过“成都税务”微信公众号或线下税务服务大厅查询及打印。
Those who have been covered by the basic medical insurance for urban andrural residents in Chengdu may check and print the medical insurance informationat tax service halls or through the WeChat official account "ChengduTaxation".
七、接种需要签署什么材料?
What papers should I sign?
接种前，现场签署提交知情同意书和免责承诺书。
Before taking vaccine, you should sign and submit both a form of informedconsent and a statement of bearing personal responsibility for all risksassociated with vaccination at the vaccination site.
八、接种凭证怎么领取?
How do I get the vaccination certificate?
接种完成后，接种点将出具中英双语接种凭证。
When completing the vaccination, the site will provide you with thevaccination certificate both in Chinese and English.
九、接种有什么注意事项?
What care should I take before and after taking vaccine?
接种前，请配合接种点工作人员完成规定程序，主动告知个人健康状况，配合医护人员询问，由专业人员判定是否符合接种条件。
Before getting vaccinated, you should cooperate with the staff at thevaccination site to complete prescribed procedures, actively provide your healthinformation, and answer questions from the medical staff, so that theprofessionals can determine whether you are eligible for the vaccination.
接种后，需在接种点留观区观察30分钟，无不适症状后才可离开接种点;接种当日注射部位保持干燥并注意个人卫生;接种14天内请密切关注自身身体情况，如出现严重不良反应，请第一时间前往医院就医。
After taking vaccine, you should stay at the vaccine taking site for 30minutes of observation and may then leave if you have no adverse reaction. Keepthe injection point dry on the day of vaccination and maintain personal hygiene.Pay close attention to your physical condition within 14 days of vaccination,and please go to hospital immediately in case of serious adverse reaction.
十、接种后是否还要继续戴口罩?
Do I need to wear a mask after being vaccinated?
接种疫苗后虽然可以产生免疫力，可以大大降低感染风险，但任何疫苗保护作用不可能达到100%，部分人接种后可能无法产生足够抗体，仍然会有感染风险，特别是在还没有建立起免疫屏障的情况下。所以，即使打完疫苗，请外籍人士也保持戴口罩、勤洗手、保持社交距离等良好卫生习惯。
Vaccination will produce immunity from COVID-19 and greatly reduceinfection risks. However, no vaccine is 100% effective; some people may haveinsufficient antibodies after taking vaccine and they can still be vulnerable toinfection, especially when an immunologic barrier is not yet created. So it isimportant that you should wear masks, wash hands regularly, and keep socialdistance.
十一、接种后还需要做核酸检测吗?
Do I still have to take nucleic acid test after being vaccinated?
接种疫苗可以在一定程度上降低感染风险，但任何疫苗的保护效果都不能达到100%，必要时请外籍人士配合相关部门进行核酸检测。
Vaccine taking can reduce infection risks, but no vaccine is 100%effective. When necessary, foreign nationals should still take nucleic acid testas required.
